Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AUTIX® platform (“Service”), operated by AUTIX LLC (“AUTIX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

AUTIX offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

  • Free Tier: Includes a digital vehicle profile, QR code, and public profile page at no charge.
  • Paid Tiers (Premium, Platinum): Provide additional features including AI-powered xEstimate™ valuations, expanded vehicle limits, and marketplace access. Pricing is displayed on our pricing page.
  • Event Organizer Plans: Separate subscription tiers for xEvent™ organizers with per-event and monthly billing options.
  • Custom Plans: Influencer, Dealer, Club, and Enterprise tiers are available with custom pricing upon request.

4.1 Billing & Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period.

4.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. Your vehicle profiles, modifications, and data are preserved on the free tier.

4.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@autix.co within 30 days of the charge.

4.4 Payment Failure

If a payment fails, we provide a 3-day grace period to update your payment information. If payment is not resolved within the grace period, your account may be downgraded to the free tier.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including vehicle photos, descriptions, modification details, and documents (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant AUTIX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent that you have the right to submit all User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Vehicle Valuations (xEstimate™)

xEstimate™ valuations are AI-generated estimates provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional appraisals, financial advice, or guaranteed market values. AUTIX makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of any valuation. You should not rely solely on xEstimate™ valuations for purchasing, selling, or insuring a vehicle.

7. Marketplace

AUTIX may provide marketplace features enabling users to list vehicles for sale. AUTIX acts solely as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any listed vehicle. Transaction fees may apply based on your subscription tier.

8. xEvents™

xEvents™ allows organizers to create and manage automotive events. Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event details, compliance with local regulations, and the safety of participants. AUTIX is not liable for any incidents, injuries, or disputes arising from events organized through the platform.

9. Ambassador Program

AUTIX may invite select users to participate in our Brand Ambassador Program. Ambassadors receive unique referral codes and earn commissions on referred user conversions to paid plans. Commission rates and terms are set individually by AUTIX and may be modified at any time. Ambassadors must not engage in misleading marketing, spam, or any practices that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent vehicle information
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or contains malware

11. Intellectual Property

The AUTIX® name, logo, xEstimate™, xEvents™, and all related trademarks, service marks, and branding are the property of AUTIX LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent. The Service, including its design, code, and features, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service, other users, or AUTIX. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTIX LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AUTIX IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AUTIX LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
