This particular Daytona was taken off the road in 1973 and was hidden away until 2019. Not only is it one of just 503 Daytona Chargers produced, it is the only one that was made in Dark metallic racing green with a white interior and white wing. The restoration was a 3 year effort where ONLY new old stock and original parts were used, right down to the 1969 Date coded tires. It's first showing garnered it a Concours GOLD earning a perfect 1000/1000 point score at the Muscle Car & Corvette Nationals, in Chicago IL as well as Best of Show - DODGE. , It further won Best in Class at the Greenwich CT Concours event and recently was bestowed the pinnacle award any Mopar could receive, an OE GOLD certification. It is a masterpiece level restoration.
